To bring DYMASOS to success, a standard management structure is deployed that is compatible with the goal-oriented approach by the consortium. Such management ensures the right focus on actions to be done and specific knowledge management processes and tools for fostering and leveraging the personal involvement of the project contributors.

Management Structure

SebastianThe PCO is Professor Sebastian Engell, Head of the Department of Biochemical and Chemical Engineering, Leader of the Process Dynamics and Operations Group, Technische Universität Dortmund, Germany.

The Project Board (PB) is the body responsible for taking and overseeing all technical decisions made within the project. The PB is responsible for putting mechanisms into place to be used in the research activities to ensure the quality of the work and of the deliverables and technical papers produced. It will support the PCO in all its operational and communication activities. The PB supports the PCO in conflict resolution and in monitoring risks.
